This is a CD of "Eldorado 4" by the band "Yasuo Arai & Heavens Four", a collection of jazz standards with male and female voices and instrumental pieces.
The band represented Japan at the Beijing Olympic Arts Festival in August 2008, performing at the National Theatre in Beijing, and this CD is a selection of jazz standards and film music that everyone is familiar with.
In addition, the ultimate collaboration of jazz and belly dance with Mika Yaguchi on the cover was very popular at the Beijing performance. The CD was introduced on the Internet and in newspapers in 204 countries in 38 languages as "The Japanese Jazz Band that Livened Up the Beijing Olympics.
Since the China performance, Yasuo Arai has been accompanied by his exclusive backing chorus, "Blue Sox," which has become a regular feature of his performances, and the music selection is stylishly composed in such a way that the audience can lightly listen to the music until the end.
